Process Systems Thermal Imaging
IR Inspection of process Systems is a 16 hour theory and practical course for the use of thermal imaging to locate and evaluate problems in process systems. This course focused on unusual thermal patterns in process systems application like as oil and gas, petrochemical and refineries, cement factories, mine industries and etc. Course attendance may be applied to training requirements for thermographer certification.
This course covers infrared theory, heat transfer concepts, equipment operation and selection, standards compliance, image analysis, and report generation.
Students are trained to identify and document thermal patterns caused by improper design, workmanship, or material failure. Self-directed learning activities are provided to help student gain practical experience.
Course tuition includes all course presentations, Student Reference Manual, and Certificate of Completion. Class begin at 8 am and ends by 4 pm.
